These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LEAD Field Hockey website and platform.

By accessing or using LEAD, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Scope of Services

LEAD provides a digital coaching and development platform for field hockey clubs, coaches, and players.

The platform may include:

• Video learning library
• Training exercises
• Tactical classes
• Masterclasses
• Drill builder & animation tools
• Training session planner
• Club methodology tools
• Analytics & insights
• Communication features
• Downloadable materials

Features may evolve, be updated, or be discontinued at our discretion.

3. Account Access

To access certain features, you may need an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Not share accounts outside permitted use
• Use the platform only for intended purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.

4. Club Licenses

If access is provided via a club subscription:

• Licenses are personal and non-transferable
• Access is limited to the contracted number of users
• The club is responsible for user management
• LEAD may audit license usage if required

Contract terms prevail over these website Terms where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content is owned by LEAD unless stated otherwise, including videos, training exercises, animations, methodologies, documents, graphics, platform design, software and tooling.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute content
• Screen record or download videos, except videos created by yourself via the drill builder or similar tools
• Commercially exploit materials
• Share content outside your club or organization

Allowed use

You may:

• Use content internally within your club
• Export LEAD drills or trainings as PDFs
• Use exported materials for coaching purposes

Ownership of the platform and methodology always remains with LEAD.

6. User-Generated Content

Users and clubs may create and upload drills, training sessions, documents, images, and methodology content.

You retain ownership of what you create.

By uploading content, you grant LEAD a non-exclusive license to store and process content, enable platform functionality, analyse usage data, and improve product features. Where possible, data is anonymised or aggregated.

We do not commercially resell club-specific content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials improperly
• Bypass license limits
• Copy platform content
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Use the platform for non-hockey commercial resale

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Platform Availability

We aim to provide reliable platform access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or hosting disruptions.

Such interruptions do not entitle users to compensation.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed as agreed (monthly or annually)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Prices may be updated at renewal
• Access may be suspended for non-payment

Specific billing terms may be defined in separate contracts.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Misuse licenses
• Distribute protected content
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, platform access ends. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEAD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or revenue, business interruption, or platform downtime.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using LEAD, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our data practices.

13. Updates to the Platform

We continuously improve LEAD. We may add or remove features, update interfaces, modify workflows, and expand content libraries. We aim to maintain overall service value.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via website notice, platform notification, or email where relevant. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
