Can we use our own development programme?
Yes. Build LEAD around your programme's themes, objectives and coaching principles. It all stays together in LEAD, so you can refine it season after season, even as staff change.
What if we don't have a complete programme yet?
Start with LEAD's complete U6 to U19 development framework and adapt it as your programme develops its own approach.
Can multiple coaches work from the same sessions?
Yes. Everyone can access, edit and run the same sessions, keeping your whole programme aligned and organised.
Can coaches adapt or create their own training?
Yes. The generated plan is a starting point: coaches can adjust weeks, swap drills and move sessions, and build their own drills and training sessions with the Drill & Session Builder. The structure stays intact and the coaching decisions stay with the coach.
