LEAD for clubs
Run your club's player development from one place.
Give every age group a clear development direction and every coach the structure, tools and hockey knowledge to put it into practice. LEAD keeps your club connected from season planning to matchday, season after season.
The challenge
Sound familiar?
Club development rarely stalls for lack of effort. It gets stuck between the plan and the pitch.
Coaches work in isolation
Every coach prepares differently, making consistency across teams difficult.
Development gets disconnected between age groups
What players learn from one age group to the next is often disconnected.
The club plan doesn't reach the pitch
Development plans may exist, but turning them into what every coach does each week is the hard part.
How LEAD helps
One development cycle for the whole club.
Your club's approach sets the direction. LEAD carries it into every team's season, week and matchday, and shows what to improve next.

FAQ
What clubs ask before starting.
Can we use our own development approach?
Yes. Build LEAD around your club's themes, objectives, coaching principles and development plan. It all stays together in LEAD, so you can refine and build on it season after season, even as coaches change.
What if we don't have a complete development plan yet?
Start with LEAD's complete U6 to U19 development framework and adapt it as your club develops its own approach.
How much freedom do coaches keep?
The generated plan is a starting point. Coaches can adjust weeks, swap drills, move sessions and build their own drills and training sessions. The structure stays intact and the coaching decisions stay with the coach.
What visibility do club admins and head coaches have?
One club overview shows training coverage, active coaches, published season plans and planning by age group, and flags where attention is needed. Coaches record how each drill worked after a session, so head coaches see how teams are progressing through the plan and where support may help.
How long does setup take?
Clubs can start from LEAD's existing development framework or set up LEAD around their own approach. We guide the initial setup so your age groups, season plans and coaches are ready before rollout.
