FAQ
Membership questions.
How is the club price calculated?
Your annual price is based on club size, meaning your number of active playing members, and includes a number of coach accounts. Add extra coach or team staff accounts as your club grows. Club prices are annual and exclude VAT; request a quote for your club's price.
Does the club price include accounts for every player?
No. Club size sets your price; it doesn't buy an individual LEAD account for every player. Your membership includes a number of coach accounts, and extra coach or staff accounts are added as you need them. Optional player and parent Member Access is separate and not included in the club price.
What is the difference between club access and a personal membership?
Club access is an account inside your club's LEAD environment, with permissions set by your club. A personal membership (Coach or Coach Pro) is your own workspace, independent of any club.
Can I switch between Coach and Coach Pro?
Yes, both ways. Once Coach Pro opens, move up when you want to plan full seasons, or back to Coach if week-to-week coaching is all you need.
Are memberships billed monthly or annually?
Club memberships are billed annually. Coach is €29 a month or €290 a year; Coach Pro is planned at €39 a month or €390 a year. Paying annually works out at two months free.
Can I create season plans with Coach Pro without belonging to a club?
Yes. Once Coach Pro is available you can create personal season plans and templates in your own workspace. Using those plans with club teams requires the appropriate access to that club.
How do schools, academies and federations get a quote?
Schools and academies request a quote for a setup tailored to their programme. Federations talk to us about a partnership. Both start from the same short enquiry form.
