Federations set the direction.
Clubs and coaches bring it to life.
But between the national vision and the daily reality of club training, a lot can get lost.
LEAD helps bridge that gap by turning your framework, playing identity, or development model into clear season plans, weekly themes, training sessions, coaching guidance, drills, and video-based learning.
So your vision does not stay in documents, workshops, or presentations.
It becomes part of everyday coaching.

Every federation wants to raise the level of coaching, training, and player development.
To create real impact, clubs need a clear structure they can apply on the pitch.
LEAD helps federations define and deliver:
A national or regional playing identity
Age-group development objectives and progressions
Season structures and weekly themes
Coaching points and success criteria
Practical sessions, drills, and video examples
Many federations already have strong expertise, documents, courses, or development principles.
LEAD helps turn that existing knowledge into a digital system for clubs and coaches.
Your methodology stays yours.
LEAD makes it practical, structured, and easy to distribute.

Not every federation has a complete development model yet.
LEAD can help shape it together with your federation experts and our hockey specialists, including Thomas Briels, Olympic gold medallist, and other top coaches and players.
Together, we structure your vision into age groups, themes, objectives, training content, and coaching guidance.
You can start from your own ideas, use the existing LEAD methodology, or combine both into a framework that fits your national vision.

Together with Hockey Vlaanderen, the official hockey federation for Flanders and Brussels, LEAD is helping turn Hockey4Life, their LTAD-based development vision and framework, into a practical digital system for clubs and coaches.
The project combines Hockey Vlaanderen’s expertise with LEAD’s platform, video production, and hockey knowledge, including input from Thomas Briels, Olympic gold medallist, and other top coaches and players connected to LEAD.
Through LEAD, the Hockey4Life methodology is structured into development phases, themes, coaching resources, video-based learning, and practical content coaches can use throughout the season.
The platform will be distributed to more than 50 clubs in Belgium, helping clubs improve coach education, training quality, and long-term player development.
A federation framework transformed into a practical digital solution for everyday coaching.
The quality of player development depends on the quality of training.
LEAD helps federations support coaches inside their weekly workflow with clear focus areas, ready-to-use sessions, drills, video examples, and practical coaching points.
This helps coaches prepare better, understand what to focus on, and deliver more consistent training across clubs — from grassroots to performance pathways.

Instead of spreading knowledge across PDFs, emails, presentations, and workshops, LEAD brings everything together in one platform.
